Job description

Argyll Holidays is a long running family business who provide 5 star service and superior sales standards across the West of Scotland. A regular stream of accolades and nationally recognised awards are given to the business. This is due to the marriage of an excellent product and even better service being provided by all teams across all 8 locations with Argyll Holidays.

The flagship holiday homes sales location is Hunters Quay Holiday Village, nestled on the hillside overlooking Loch Holy in Dunoon, Hunters Quay offers plenty of indoor and outdoor facilities which entice thousands of guests to its shores year in year out. On top of this there are currently around 600 families who own their very own holiday home on the village who enjoy the offerings, week in week out.

Due to amazing and continued growth, we now need to strengthen the sales team at Hunters Quay to help ensure we are providing the best level of service and also ensuring we are helping each enquiry with their decision to join us here by owning their very own holiday home.

The Role.....

  • Seek out and nurture opportunities generated through our marketing team
  • Must be IT literate and competent at email communication
  • Generate new opportunities through various online platforms
  • Assist with events and owner activities building relationships
  • Communicate news, offers and company information to our lead bank
  • Advise openly and honestly at all times when dealing with customers
  • To make appointments with leads which result in a full tour of the park and its many facilities
  • Understand and present the policies and procedures needed for ownership
  • Implement and action all required actions to a sold holiday home to ensure it is prepared perfectly for your our new owners to enjoy upon hand over.
  • To stay in touch and support all owners with all queries or questions regarding their ownership
  • You will be required to work all weekends, bank holidays and alike due to the nature of the leisure industry, we work when our customers do not within the leisure sector

The Candidate...

Ideally you will be experienced with dealing with the general public and have provided a good level of service in the past. Selling experience preferred but not essential as full training and ongoing coaching provided throughout your career. Industry experience at any level is an advantage but not a requirement for the role.

Ideally, you will enjoy talking to people, understand we are here to help our new and existing customers at all times.
