Job description

We are currently looking for a Head Receptionist to run the Reception department at Inverberg Holiday Park . This is a full time and permanent role.

The main duties of the role include to lead, manage and supervise the Holiday Park Reception team in a positive and constructive manner to ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times.

The Reception area is the main point of contact for all the Holiday Park customers. It is essential that all the processes are in place and followed consistently, that all the receptionist work to standards and that all the departments are kept informed at all times.

Inverberg Holiday Park has an excellent reputation within the industry and amongst its customers. It is essential for us that candidates applying for this role have not only the adequate experience in Reception and in a supervisory / management capacity but as well in providing excellent customer service.

The requirements for this role:

  • 3 - 4 years Hotel / Hospitality Industry Reception experience
  • Supervisory / experience or Deputy Management
  • Leadership skills
  • Attention to details
  • Fantastic Customer Service Skills
  • Passion for service
  • Possess a driving licence and own vehicle
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to multi task
