Destination organisation Love Loch Lomond will host a flagship Marine Tourism Conference for the tourism industry on Wednesday 28 February 2018 in Loch Lomond.
2020 is Scotland’s Year of Coast & Waters, and presents an outstanding opportunity to promote destinations with freshwater and marine assets.
This event will look at the Loch Lomond area’s regional advantages with a wider Scottish context, and get businesses and operators thinking about products and services to enhance the visitor experience for those engaged in boating and water-related activities.
Delegates will hear from people directly engaged in marine and coastal tourism development, including infrastructure projects, business engagement, visitor management and cruise markets.
This is an opportunity to be ready for global market exposure in 2020, and to develop partnerships for business and consumer benefit across the area.
The conference will host a range of expert marine tourism speakers, including keynote speaker Kylie Lethbridge from Australia, and Daniel Steel from Sail Scotland, in the run-up to Scottish Tourism Month.
Register for the conference now via Eventbrite.
