HR Toolkit Introduction

Introduction

This HR toolkit has been developed to support business owners with their responsibilities as employers. It provides several letter templates and forms to support each stage of the employment journey including the stages listed below.

The Toolkit includes useful downloadable templates plus links to resources and further information, namely the UK government Website and Acas, to support employers with their responsibilities in hiring and managing employees.

The toolkit is offered in five sections:

1. Recruitment of employees
2. Terms and conditions of employment
3. Inducting new employees
4. Employee development
5. Ending a contract

This resource has been created to support you. However, it is important to note that users must take full responsibility in using and distributing any of the templates provided.
